Jumbled pages fix. Fixed problem that could lead to jumbled pages in converted document.

Word 2004 support. The RTF (Word) conversion can now be targeted for Word 2004, which handles symbol characters differently than earlier versions of Word.

Hard return encoding. Hard returns in converted text documents can now be encoded for use with Windows or Macintosh (Classic) applications.
